Rebuyo Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service define the rules for using the Rebuyo platform available at rebuyo.io and its application programming interfaces (API).

The platform is operated by Karol Rokita, a sole proprietor registered in CEIDG (Central Register and Information on Economic Activity), ul. Dolomitowa 3/19, 25-705 Kielce, Poland, NIP: 9592027551, REGON: 384487881, hereinafter referred to as the "Provider".

By using the platform, you accept these Terms of Service.

2. Definitions

• Platform - the Rebuyo web service, SaaS dashboard, and REST API provided by the Provider.
• User - a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit that uses the Platform based on a created account.
• End Customer - a person who made a purchase in the User's store and receives repurchase reminders through the Platform.
• Store - the User's online store connected to the Platform via API or plugin.
• Lifecycle - a product consumption period configured by the User, based on which the Platform schedules reminders.
• Reminder - an email message sent to the End Customer with a link enabling product repurchase.

3. Registration and Account

To use the Platform, the User must create an account by providing an email address and password. The User agrees to provide accurate information.

The User is responsible for the security of their login credentials, API keys, and HMAC tokens. Sharing them with third parties is at the User's sole risk.

The Provider reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of a violation of these Terms.

4. Scope of Services

The Platform enables:

• registering purchases made in the User's store,
• configuring product lifecycles,
• automatically sending email reminders to End Customers,
• generating tokenized repurchase links,
• monitoring statistics and analytics in the dashboard,
• integration via REST API and webhooks.

The specific scope of features depends on the selected pricing plan (Free, Growth, Scale).

5. Pricing Plans and Payments

The Platform offers three plans: Free (no charge), Growth (199 PLN/month net), and Scale (599 PLN/month net).

Payments for Growth and Scale plans are charged monthly in advance. VAT invoices are issued automatically in electronic form.

The Provider reserves the right to change the pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect the current billing period.

When the reminder limit is exceeded on the Free plan, new reminders will not be sent until the plan is upgraded or a new billing period begins. No data will be lost.

6. User Obligations

The User agrees to:

• use the Platform in compliance with applicable law,
• obtain the required consent from End Customers to receive reminders, in accordance with GDPR and applicable e-commerce regulations,
• not exceed API rate limits assigned to the selected plan,
• not use the Platform to send spam, content unrelated to repurchase, or content that violates the law.

7. Liability

The Provider makes every effort to ensure the Platform operates continuously and reliably but does not guarantee 100% uptime (SLA).

The Provider is not liable for:

• consequences resulting from the User's loss of API keys or tokens,
• the content of reminders sent on behalf of the User,
• purchasing decisions of End Customers,
• service interruptions caused by force majeure or scheduled maintenance (of which the User will be notified in advance).

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its source code, graphical interface, API documentation, and the Rebuyo brand are the property of the Provider and are protected by copyright law.

The User does not acquire any intellectual property rights to the Platform. The license to use the Platform is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited to the duration of the agreement.

9. Termination

The User may delete their account at any time from the dashboard or by contacting support.

After account deletion, User data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except for data required to be retained under applicable law (e.g., invoices).

The Provider may terminate the agreement with immediate effect in case of a serious violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to the Terms

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. The User will be notified of changes by email at least 14 days in advance.

Continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

11. Cookies and Analytics

The Provider's website uses cookies. Detailed information about cookie types, their purposes, and how to manage preferences is available in the Privacy Policy (section 8).

Before storing optional cookies (analytics, marketing), the Provider obtains User consent via a cookie consent panel displayed on the first visit to the site.

The Provider uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) for website traffic analysis. This tool is only activated after the User grants consent, in accordance with Google Consent Mode v2.

12. Final Provisions

Matters not regulated by these Terms shall be governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.

Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Provider's registered office.
